Did you know that 96% of the questions Vidivet get asked when Vet practices are closed do not need to go to the out-of-hours vets?

Do you have a query, question, or concern, and it’s out of hours? Unsure if you need to go to an out-of-hours vet or if you want some advice. Then please feel free to make use of our out-of-hours home triage service called Vidivet.

This is a COMPLETELY FREE service to all of our clients, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

It won’t cost you a thing to use.

VidiVet app interface with a cartoon dog, speech bubble saying "Ask our vets any question about your pet!", and navigation icons for Home, VetAsk, My Pets, and More.

Simply follow the links below and download the free app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (you will need a smartphone or tablet to access this service). You can call, text or video chat with one of the qualified vets who have at least 5 years experience and have all been trained in the UK. All Vidivet vets are still in primary practice, which ensures the most up-to-date advice will be given.

It’s a really helpful tool to have if we are closed and you need to talk to a Vet.

What’s wrong with my pet?

Unfortunately, our pets can’t tell us when they’re unwell. Instead, we must pay attention to any physical or behavioural changes as these could indicate that something is wrong.

Use our symptom checker to find out what to do if your pet is displaying symptoms of illness. If you have any urgent concerns, contact your vet or, out of hours, your nearest Vets Now immediately.

Simply click the link below and follow the onscreen instructions as to the symptoms of your pet.
